- PGA Blvd to Avenue of the Champions.
- Follow straight and take your second right through the roundabout and pass the security guard gate station.
- Turn left onto Tournament Blvd Stay in the left lane until you have received your parking pass. Go through the security gate and continue forward on Tournament Blvd
- Take a left turn into the Club Cottages Community.
- Follow the numbers until you reach the 800 block and pull into 825.

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES
The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500
- Florida Sales and Tourist Tax = 13% (7% Florida sales tax + 6% Florida tourist tax)
- Departure Housekeeping Service = $250
- Lease Processing Fee = $250
- PGA POA Application Fee = $25
- Club Cottages HOA Application Fee and Background Check = $175 ($250 if 2 people are listed on the lease agreement)
