- PGA Blvd to Avenue of the Champions. Go through the roundabout and take your second right and continue past the security gate (no call-in required between 8a-9p).
- Less than a few hundred feet down the road you will take a left turn onto Avenue of the Masters.
- Approach guard gate- left lane is for visitors and the right lane is for residents or renters with a parking pass/sticker.
- Continue straight until you will take a right turn onto General Drive (stop sign).
- Continue a few hundred feet forward and the Villa D? Este entrance will be on your right hand side.
- Take your first right turn and then a left at the stop sign places you on Via Verona Avenue.
- Continue down this road and 72 will be on your left hand side.

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES
The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
- Villa d' Este HOA Application Fee and Background Check = $175 ($250 if 2 people are listed on the lease agreement)
- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
- Housekeeping Fee = $321
- POA Application Fee = $25
- PGA Resort Lease Processing Fee = $750
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500
