DIRECTIONS
- PGA Blvd to Ryder Cup Blvd. Left lane is for visitors and the right lane is for residents and renters with a parking pass/sticker.
- Go through the security gate and drive ½ mile before you take a left turn at Prestwick Chase entrance.
- Once you are through the entrance of Prestwick Chase following the back row of homes to your right until you reach unit 475 will be on your left hand side.

The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
- Prestwick Chase HOA Application Fee = $100 & $125
- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
- Housekeeping Fee = $321
- POA Application Fee = $25
- PGA Resort Resort/Lease Processing Fee = $1,000
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500
