ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES
The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
- Housekeeping Fee = $250
- POA Application Fee = $25
- PGA Resort Lease Processing Fee = $500
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500

It is a very comfortable home. It is probably a little bigger than we need…but I really enjoyed it.
The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is very nice.
I had to purchase articles for the kitchen, but the dishes, silverware and pots and pans were very nice.
I would consider coming back to this house next year.
