DIRECTIONS

  • PGA Blvd to Avenue of the Champions.  Follow straight and take your second right through the roundabout and pass the security guard gate station. 
  • Get into the Left lane and turn left onto the Avenue of the Master
  • Left lane is for visitors and the right lane is for residents and renters with a parking pass/sticker. 
  • Go through the security gate and continue straight for roughly a half mile and the Barclay Club will be on your right hand side. 
  • Windsor Lane will be your third right turn and unit 37 will be on your left hand side.

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES

The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:

  • Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500
  • Florida Sales and Tourist Tax = 13% (7% Florida sales tax + 6% Florida tourist tax)
  • Departure Housekeeping Service = $250
  • Lease Processing Fee = $125
  • PGA POA Application Fee = $25
