ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES
The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
- Housekeeping Fee = $267.50
- POA Application Fee = $25
- PGA Resort Lease Processing Fee = $250
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500

01/01/20-03/01/20 What a great job you did on this condo ! Makes a golf villa truly special ! Everything was top drawer ! What a pleasure to have all the utensils and china available and in great working order. You are right about having supplies in the condo for our arrival. It was very a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Our 4th year renting and we have had some issues before with supplies, kitchenware, utensils, linens etc in the past, but none here ! We were especially impressed with your responsiveness to the minor glitch with the toaster - thanks ! We liked everything so much we’ll be back for 4 months next year!
