ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES

- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
- Housekeeping Fee = $267.50
- POA Application Fee = $25
- PGA Resort Lease Processing Fee = $250
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500

What a pleasure to have all the utensils and china available and in great working order. You are right about having supplies in the condo for our arrival. It was very a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Our 4th year renting and we have had some issues before with supplies, kitchenware, utensils, linens etc in the past, but none here ! We were especially impressed with your responsiveness to the minor glitch with the toaster - thanks ! We liked everything so much we’ll be back for 4 months next year!

2/1/19 to 2/28/19 From the moment we opened the door until our departure today, we have felt like we are in our own home. The design and decorating are charming and comfortable. The furniture is SO beautiful, the appliances easy to use and the fully stocked kitchen was much appreciated. We absolutely love the condo and look forward to returning next year!
