Florida Sales and Tourist Tax = 13% (7% Florida sales tax + 6% Florida tourist tax)
Departure Housekeeping Service = $250

PGA POA Application Fee = $25
Lexington Green HOA Application = $75 for single applicant; $150 for married applicants
