  • Northlake Blvd to Ryder Cup Blvd. The left lane is for visitor and the right lane is for residents and renters with a parking pass/sticker.
  • Go through the security gate and take your first left turn into the Preston Community. 
  • Pass through the gate and turn left on Thornton Drive. 
  • The home is down the road on the right hand side at 211 Thornton Drive.

The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:

  • State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
  • Housekeeping Fee = $321
  • POA Application Fee = $25
  • PGA Resort Lease Processing Fee = $750
  • Security Deposit (refundable) = $3,000
