ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES
The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
- Housekeeping Fee = $321
- POA Application Fee = $25
- PGA Resort Access/Lease Processing Fee = $1,000
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500

The unit we stayed in at 107 Resort Lane was a perfect place for my wife and I. It was a short walking distance to all the amenities of the Sports Club, tennis and the Resort. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and was beautifully appointed. The view from the patio overlooking the golf course at PGA was a great place to have breakfast as well as having drinks before dinner. We look forward to coming back!
