Florida Sales and Tourist Tax = 13% (7% Florida sales tax + 6% Florida tourist tax)
Departure Housekeeping Service = $250
Lease Processing Fee = $99
PGA POA Application Fee = $25
Lexington Green HOA Application Fee = $75 ($150 if 2 people are listed on the application)
