ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES
The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
- Housekeeping Fee = $321
- POA Application Fee = $25
- PGA Resort Access/Lease Processing Fee = $1,000
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500

The unit we stayed in at 107 Resort Lane was a perfect place for my wife and I. It was a short walking distance to all the amenities of the Sports Club, tennis and the Resort. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and was beautifully appointed.
