- PGA Blvd to Avenue of the Champions. Through the roundabout and past the security gate (no call-in required between 8 AM-9 PM)

- Unit 509 is the first home on your left side once you enter through the Resort Villa gate.

- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)

- POA Application Fee = $25
- Resort Villas application Fee = $100
- PGA Resort Lease Processing Fee = $750
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500
