ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES
The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
Security Deposit (refundable) = $1,500
Florida Sales and Tourist Tax = 13% (7% Florida sales tax + 6% Florida tourist tax)
Departure Housekeeping Service = $250
Lease Processing Fee = $99
PGA POA Application Fee = $25
Club Cottages HOA Application Fee and Background Check = $175 ($250 if 2 people are listed on the lease agreement)
